Our "dealer exclusive" territories are Western PA and NE Ohio. We have an existing customer base of thousands of accounts. We sell direct. Our core customers are manufacturing facilities, large truck and heavy equipment shops, trucking companies, municipalities and "contract cleaners".

| Sales Opportunity: |
Our President is looking for an established Rep (or Rep Firm) in NE Ohio
and Western PA that will help him take on the challenges and opportunities
posed by competition from the Internet and new manufactures using creative
marketing to make sales inroads. Hotsy and Landa are the recognised
leaders in the commercial/industrial pressure washer business with a
50% market share. The traditional method of going to market using a
fleet of service reps and salemen from a dealership is still valid for
established customers. However, there is a large and growing base of
customers that escape the contact needed for growing sales. A Rep with an
existing sales territory that overlaps our footprint and that calls on
commercial/industrial accounts for equipment sales will make a great
addition to our sales force. And, if you are looking to expand your
offerings, our products are "best in class", competitively priced,
and have the best warranty. They will be an outstanding expansion of your
product line offerings. Additionally, barriers to entry are low: our
service reps will get you trained in the basics of the products very
quickly and we still make deliver or arrange for pick-up of the products
you sell- plus we support our sales with service and maintenance. Hotsy
and Landa also conducts sales training from time to time and you may avail
youself of these classes. If your footprint and experience is a match -
