Product is a flexible polyurethane system with a strong market value equation saving weight and reducing cost while providing customers with enhanced design freedom. We have the ability to produce parts as large as 10 feet by 10 feet. We have seen cost savings of 20 to 30% verses SMC and FRP technologies. This is a flexible system allowing adjustments in densities, glass concentration, and glass length providing our customers with the ability to tailor performance needs and optimize cost. Our value proposition also include the ability to have a variety of top surfaces including High Gloss Class A, Low Gloss with or without texture, and Vinyl or cloth surfaces. The system can be in-mold painted to acheive a high gloss finish as well.
