We manufacture a patented SK500 cart to move heavy tools without lifting. It mounts in the receiver hitch of a vehicle, for moving equipment from one site to another. We also manufacture a line of hydraulic power stations for Posthole Augers, T-post drivers and other hydraulic tools.

The markets we have been selling to, up to this point, are Farm & Ranch, Fencing contractors, and Landscapers. The next market areas we want to expand into is Striping & Signage, City & County Public works, State Fish & Game and the smaller independent rental market.

| Sales Opportunity: |
We are a small company that is expanding and we need help in the
marketplace with good representation. We want to expand very slowly so
our quality and service stays at the high standard we have established
for ourselves. We are looking for reps that sell to end-users; through
trade shows and direct sales to small rental stores, Departments of
Public Works, farm & ranch, and contractors. (We are not looking for reps
that sell to stocking dealers only.)
The advantage to our product line is the back saving features that can
only be found at StoutKart with the SK500 BackSaver.
We will supply personalize brochures, DVD’s or CD's, dealer price guide
booklets and a product catalog.
All orders are drop shipped within 5 working days from Ontario OR with
free shipping on orders over $200.00. Full payment is required at time
of order and all major credit cards are accepted.
We do supply demo units, at cost, plus shipping. But we have found that
unless you are doing live demo’s a units is not a necessarily needed for
sales.
Sales reps have full access to sell all StoutKart products. Commissions
range from 15% to 20%
Commissions are paid within 5 days of shipment of product.
