Sales Opportunity:
Product Lines:	Western chaps- Batwings, Chinks, Cutting, Farrier aprons, Kid's, Show, Shotgun, and Schooling chaps. Motorcycle chaps- in-stock and custom made. Deerskin motorcycle gloves, short cuff and gauntlet (made in China) with our exclusively patented pre-curved finger design. All chaps made in USA
Target Markets:	For our western chap line: Farm and Ranch stores, F eed stores, Saddlery and Harness shops, Western Stores. For our Motorcycle chap line: Motorcycle dealerships and stores selling motorcycle apparel. We expect to have seperate reps for our western chap line and motorcycle product lines.
Sales Opportunity:	We are a company that offers quality products. We manufacture all of our chaps in-house to maintain quality. We keep large inventory so that we can offer quick shipping of product to keep our stores supplied. We've been in business since 1961 and have been in the wholesale business since 1997. We have an excellent reputation with our established accounts. The fact that we also offer custom chaps is a plus for all our account because they don't need to turn away customers when an off-the-shelf chap won't work. Our pricing is very competitive. Our motorcycle chaps are very well made with a one-piece main leg and a very nice naked finish 5 ounce leather. These chaps are very competitively priced in the $110 to $115 range. They will offer your accounts a good price and a US made chap. Harley Davidson dealers may offer resistance to a non "Harley Davidson" chap, but you can offer those dealerships our custom chap service. Our gloves are patented and will be a unique product, it is a very good design that pre-curves the fingers and minimizes bulk when closing the grip. Our regular commission rate is 10%. However, if we are selling to larger chain stores that require central billing fees, defective allowances, and etc., we usually pay 5%. We don't require a rep to personally deliver orders. Once the account is set up, the rep receives all orders from that account. Our customers and our reps are very important to us.
