Product Lines: We are a complete outsourced human resources or Professional Employer Organization (PEO) company. Services include: payroll, recruiting, hiring, co-employment, workers' compensation, employee benefits, cobra admin, retiremennt, training-education, management-development... at one low monthly fee.
 
Target Markets: Small to mid-sized employers. The ideal size is an employer with between 50 to 100 employees... However, we will accept employers with as few as 1 employee to thousands...
 
Sales Opportunity: We are an outsourced HR services company that operates on a brokered business model. We acquire employer clients through a national network of local agents, brokers, and business consultants. Given our unique business model, we are able to carve out the specific services offered by our member and then wrap the additional HR services offered through our network that are desired by the employer client.

We pay a commission to the local members for serving as the local business liaison. Commissions are based on total fees collected from the employer client for our services. Commissions are paid for the life of the agent of record agreement and there are no caps.

Commissions per client vary based on a number of factors. However, our commissions average around 0.5% of annual payroll. The average employer's payroll ranges from $500,000 to $1,000,000. Thus the average commission per employer client paid to a member will tend to range from $2,500 to $5,000 per year. Again, there are various factors that may impact the actual commissions paid per employer client, but the above is a generalized estimate. For example, one rep is working an account with a 20 million dollar payroll and another is working a 17 million dollar payroll.
