Sales Opportunity:
Product Lines:	Our Tax System is a business opportunity in the tax preparation industry. Existing businesses can increase profits by offering in-store tax preparation and tax refund loans to their customers. This is not a franchise nor a license. Your client can print refund loan checks in their store.
Target Markets:	Any existing business can implement our Tax System. The software is easy to use and designed for "non-tax" professionals. Typical targets would be convenience stores, independent grocery stores and independent insurance agents.
Sales Opportunity:	As a Sales Representative, you will be contacting potential clients, discuss our Tax concept. Upon your request an experienced tax professional will talk with your client and explain all the benefits of our Tax System, answering any technical questions. Your client does not have to be experienced in tax preparation. If your client is interested, a signed Technical Service fee agreement is required. The Sales Rep will complete this agreement. At the time of signing, a technical support fee of $5,000 is required. This fee provides your client with all the software, signage,bank accounts, IRS identification numbers, e-filing accounts as well as anything needed to offer tax preparation. This tech fee is paid directly to you and you retain 50% from this amount, forwarding the remainder to Pro-Tax. This is a finders fee. This payment begins the registration process with the IRS and banks. In addition to your portion of the signing fee, you will receive a residual fee from each tax return prepared by your client. You will receive fees each year that your client is a Pro Partner. The Pro Partner receives the following: Tax preparation software or web-based access Complete training and guidance In-store and desktop signage,Exterior signage Experienced Tax Professionals during the season Mass Mailing of up to 2,500 names Merchant CC Services
