Sales Opportunity:	Our company provides to its clients registration services to a variety of management systems standards, and We desire a sales rep who will receive: For all our contracts for registration services that result from Contractor’s marketing services, we agrees to pay Contractor according to the following terms and conditions. When Contractor provides marketing services for a prospective client, Contractor shall receive: * a fee equal to the application fee collected from the prospective clients (usually $300 to $600 but sometimes waived to compete). 3.2.2. Contractor will also receive $50 per auditor day for initial certification and of subsequent years surveillance/Re-Certification audit gross proceeds. Gross proceeds are defined as our total daily rate, excluding expenses billed separately to the client, registration fees, and maintenance fees. 3.3. Payment shall be by check issued on the 16th day of the month following the receipt of non-refundable funds paid by the Client to us.
