Companies who paint their products or to companies who do the painting for them. Examples are; automotive, truck and bus, construction and farm equipment, recreational vehicles, military, motorcyle and atv's. Mainly markets with enough volume to justify custom paint masking. |
| Sales Opportunity: |
Any reps who currently sell to a company that has a captive painting
system,know they use paint masking to keep paint off of threaded studs or
out of threaded holes or an area where they don't want paint. Sometimes
the requirement is more sophisticated. The paint mask needed is not in a
catalog. It has to be created. This is what we do.
We offer 20 years of experience in custom paint masking.We control the
entire process from design to production domestically which is very
beneficial when prototypes are needed without much leadtime available. In
competitive situations we have overseas resources to provide the masking
as well.
A benefit for the rep is that while our custom paint masking is
reusable it has a relatively short life cycle because of the extreme heat
of the bake oven. Our customers place repeat orders and usually for
the duration of the painted parts' life. Sometimes years.
We are looking for sales reps nationally to bring us custom masking
opportunities where we can demonstate our effectiveness and cost savings
to the customer. Where we can both benefit from a long term relationship
not only with each other but with the end user.
We have not used reps so the commission sturcture is open to what
works for you, us and the customer. We provide the design work, CAD
drawings and the quotations; you identify prospects
projects and provide follow up service. Keep in mind, in most cases there
are residual sales. |
