Sales Opportunity:	The market is untapped and just need to go out there and market ourselves and the products. We are a good comapny because we believe in ourselves that we can be successful in what we do. Our competitive advantage is that we focus on integrity, relationship and investing back into the community through our non profit. We support our staff by training them to be succssful. Our commission structure is: 10% on every $1000 gross sale we make. 15% on every $10,000 - $50K gross sale we make. 20% on every $5ok+ - $100k gross sale we make. 30% on anything above $100k to a $1m.
