Sales Opportunity:
Product Lines:	Cultured Stone (man made exterior stone) offered in eighteen (18) styles with more than 70 colors and complimentary Pre-cast Concrete Sills, Pier Caps and Key Stones. Cultured stone was original introduced by Owens Corning 40 years ago. The applications are both commericial or residential use.
Target Markets:	This product is sold through distribution. Usually building speciality companies and lumber yards, which offer drywall, stucco products, other siding products and dimensional lumber to sub/general contractors and often have a retail division.
Sales Opportunity:	This product is readily accepted and has been use for many years in both commerical and residential construction. The installation is so readily understood it is now completed by the stucco trade and at fraction of the cost charged by a stone mason to install. Our pre-cast concrete compliments and completes the offer to the points of sale. Excellent point of purchase literature (20-page brochure), 12-panel display racks for the distributor and in-store display complete the visual reassurance to the buyer. Lastly, we pay the highest (8%) commissions in the industry for this product discipline. Furthermore, commissions are paid twice a month (5th and 20th).
