We offer 10% commission on all sales to clients that you bring in , this commission os paid also on all repeat business the client gives us.
Bonus structure:
1. Exceed $ 20,000 in sales in a calendar month receive $ 200 bonus
over and above commission
2. Exceed $ 35,000 in sales in a calendar month receive $ 450 bonus over
and above commission
3. Exceed $ 50,000 in sales in a calendar month receive $ 600 bonus over and above commission
4. Average $ 35,000 in sales in a month over 3 months , you receive an additional $ 500 over and above the commissions and bonuses mentioned above.
If after 6 months you average $ 35,000 in sales we will look at a new structure which would involve a basic salary and attractive reward structure.
