1. Basis for Commission: Full 4 % commission on gross sale is based on the sales agent completing every aspects of the sale. Sales related activities to include; identification, qualification, proposal presentation, follow-up and servicing as needed of business opportunities in assigned territory.
2. Agents do not get commission on established house accounts. Agents must check for house accounts in sales agent territory. But if a sales agent is asked to help in any way with a house account, agent will be compensated.
3. Sales Agent Commission Schedule
Commissions Due: Commissions are due and payable when the transaction is complete and the Company is paid. Once a transaction is complete, the Company will pay agent within 48 hours. Agents are independent contractors and are responsible for all direct expenses and income taxes. Agents will receive a Form 1099 on all monies paid. If company is paid in partial draws, sales agent will be paid in the same manner.
