Sales Opportunity: As a Higher Educational Sales Rep, you will become a part of one of the nation's most successful online higher education institutions. Responsible for creating effective and innovative sales solutions that address the challenges of individuals and enterprises. Opportunities to identify educational needs of business prospects and guide them to this company, which extends its customizable curriculum platform to meet employee continuing education needs with a web-based curriculum in Safety, Human Resources, Sales, Customer Services, communication Managerial Leadership, MS Office requirements, and more.

They offers a generous commission-only structure that is based on the performance of the individual representative. All monies are paid in US dollars and calculated on total sales generated during a full calendar month. Our four tier plan is based on 15% of price of each class sold plus bonuses of 10%-20% to reward motivated reps.

Tier I - 1-4 classes sold - Flat price per class sold
Tier II - 5-9 classes sold - Flat price per class sold Plus 10% of gross
Tier III-10-19 classes sold-Flat price per class sold Plus 15% of gross
Tier IV- 20 or more sold- Flat price per class sold Plus 20% of gross

Reps will be combining a self-managing opportunity with independent remote work while being provided resources, support, time and pipeline management.
