We have a Great Reputation and believe that the Right Sales Representative will have the Best Opportunities to be Successful with us. Our desire is to build a Long Lasting and Mutually Beneficial Relationship with our Sales Reps so that they receive Increased Compensation as the company grows.
Our ultimate goal is to have a Sales Manager who manages our Sales Team and is Part Owner in the Company. Our company is Structuring itself to Branch off into Other Services & Product Areas including Mobile Applications, Electronic Devices, Educational Webinars and Reality TV Shows.
Our commission is based on the following guidelines:
Twenty percent (20%) of the total monthly net sales shall be paid to the Sales Representative within forty-five (45) days of payment by the customer/client to our company, for said Sales Representative’s client’s monthly service request and or Twenty-Five percent (25%) on product orders shipped into a Sales Representative's territory.
Sales Representative will receive a residual income for 1 to 3 years (on contractual services or monthly repeat services only) and/or less if client fails to retain the company. The first year’s monthly residual will be a 20%, the second at 10% and the third at 5%. Plus, an additional 10% on any New Business the Sales Representatives solicits from existing clients. Plus severance package.
