Sales Opportunity:
Product Lines:	Plastic valves - ball, butterfly, diaphragm valves in PP, PVDF, PVC, GRPP, MECA-INOX Stainless and Carbon steel ball and check valves. Ball valves in ‘exotic’ materials are also available on short delivery lead times. Handle lockouts, extensions, actuation/automation available.
Target Markets:	Target customers - chemical, pharmaceutical & agrochemical, chlor-alkali, agricultural, pulp paper, power generation, surface treatment, water treatment, pigments, landfill, mobile liquid dispensers, plastic and metallic tanks, etc. We are already approved with these industries.
Sales Opportunity:	An excellent opportunity for an independent manufacturer's representative looking for a way to add up to $50,000 for the first year and the $75,000 to $100,000 in a 3 to 5 year time period and more in commissions. Ideally our product category would fit well with someone who today represents complimentary flow control products and already has direct contact at the main plants and specification team to have the products quickly introduced. We would also be interested in considering anyone who is a top flight salesperson with established contacts in these areas. Our company is prepared to invest in sampling to seed develop opportunities in a new territory. Our commission structure ranges between 7%-10%. We expect a representative to be able to develop a territory that annualizes $300,000 to $500,000 in the first year and more than $1,000,000 per year within a 3 to 5 year period. We believe that this is an opportunity for someone who wants to work hard with 2 small/medium sized companies to develop strong long term relationships with their representatives and end users.
