Sales Opportunity: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to act in accordance with company policies and procedures to manage all sales operational activities within a given geographic region. This position reports to Vice President of sales.

• Develop channel (distribution) to achieve annual growth requirements.
• Develop and train key channel on market potential and expectations as well as product features, benefits, applications, sales and marketing programs.
• Develop and support channel growth including annual channel planning and tactic implementation.
• Support OEM activity in addition to developing relationships with key end users and OEM personnel within the area.
• Identify, evaluate and pursue all market initiatives as directed by sales management and maintain adequate distribution to support these initiatives.
• Develop strategic and tactical regional plans targeted to key applicable market emphasis each year.
• Develop and implement yearly and quarterly area sales plans identifying the following:
• Sales goal achievement–real growth strategies and tactics.
• Channel Partners' ability to represent our best interests and grow market share and action on non-performers.
• Participates in the addition or deletion of channel partners in assigned region.
• Identify customer requirements and support services required to meet customer needs and communicate to appropriate department(s).
