Product Lines: Our Services include Management of Waste, Recycling, and By-Products of our Client Base.

This includes Trash Services, Recycling Services, Scrap Metal Management, Special Waste, and By-Product Management from Production Processes of our Clients.
Target Markets: Our Clients Typically fall into Two Categories: Multi-Location Management where the Experience is a Consolidation of Service Management to One Single Source. Alternatively, Larger, Single Location Operations with many Waste/Recycle companies of Various Services are Consolidated to Single Management.
Sales Opportunity: This opportunity of representation is focuses on cooperative work with a client in a manner that is relationship building. Win-Win is the necessity and our fee structure/business model requires this form of success. This lends itself well to an outside representative model.

Additionally, to a representative, the opportunity is not a one-time payment with a sale, but instead commission is semi-residual in nature. It brings stability to a representative's income over time instead of a "feast or famine" experience in exchange for initial building of a client base. Commission is a % of our monthly gross billings and our agreements are established from 36 months minimum to 60 months in duration.

Our operations in comparison to alternative options a client may have are unique. Their alternatives are to hire direct the service providers, which do not always lead to best fit options. No one provider can do everything a client needs when centralizing management, and our business model allows a variety of providers to be assembled to best meet a clients operations.

Our niche market is not large, of the providers we are aware of, most are individual consultants attempting to perform like work to ours. They lack the specialized support staff and technology we utilize with an office of 14 members at present. Most manufacturing settings have not been approached, and for chain operations, we have much to offer to stand above other alternatives.
