4. Mobile network endpoints
 
Sales Opportunity: We provide hardware and software for applications that require real-time systems control, high-reliability networking, or distributed embedded hardware. These technologies were developed under DoD-funded research contracts and are currently in use on projects by the Office of Naval Research, Department of Energy, and the US Army Tank Automotive Research, Development, and Engineering Center. We are interested in expanding our market to include commercial SCADA systems and Power & Energy Monitoring, which will take advantage of the experience we have building similar systems for defense-related projects.

This revenue opportunity consists of both up front, residual, and repeat-business sales commission. Enterprise software and hardware sales for this type of system typically consist of initial purchases of software licenses and embedded hardware, initial consulting to perform integration of sensor and control systems, annual maintenance fees to receive software fixes and upgrades, and repeat business for future systems integration and development consulting.

We are offering 10.5% commission on initial and repeat sales, and 5.5% on residual fees.
