We focus on consumer electronics market segments and products which are beyond nascent and early adopter stages to identify areas of potential improvement and added value for the consumer. Once it is determined that improvement can be made through the addition of new features, implementation of a broader model portfolio and / or the
execution of a different marketing approach, we identify existing brands which align to the particular product and market segment and with whom to collaborate to implement the required product changes. We then obtain a brand license and / or distribution rights, and market the products through retail channels.
