The modeling plastic block system for designing complex tubular assemblies
eliminates the need for complicated engineering and 3D CAD work (including
expensive digitizing) and enhances the ability of regular maintenance crew
or fabricators to quickly produce more precise designs with minimum waste,
while preserving the actual design specifications for the record.
The innovative tack-welding clamps for butt-to-butt hand-welding of round
pipe and tubing eliminate the need of creating expensive supporting jigs,
enabling a single operator to build, and temporarily and firmly hold
together multi-section assemblies that need to meet certain positioning
conditions. They create concentric and gapless joints between straights or
even in non-tangent bend-to-bend situations. Their applications in the
industry are extensive.
