We are a well established CNC precision machine shop specializing in multi axis turning on machines with live tools. We are looking for quantities from 1 to 10,000. We also specialize in hard milling and hard turning up to 60RC. We have been operating in southeastern Michigan since 1959.

We have enjoyed a great reputation for precision machined components for over 50 years. We provide precision parts and tooling for companies in the aerospace, automation, automobile, defense, energy, food service, industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and water treatment industries.
Many of our CNC lathes have multi axis and live tooling. Our CNC mills have full 4th axis capacity. The largest CNC mill we have will travel 48 inches in y and 66 inches in x and handle work loads up to 8,000 pounds.
Our company has many years of experience in hard turning and hard milling of heat treated details. We also have in house grinders and boring mills. We can offer complete design and build of any type of part fixture or work holding.
Some products we make are special fixtures for CNC machines, weldments supplied complete, spindles, locator pins, high volume hardware components, spline shafts, special chuck jaws, special gears, housings, build up assemblies, work holding chucks, collet assemblies, extrusion tooling, small production parts up to 1.500 inch diameter, high volume turning up to 16 inch diameter, spindles, arbors, special tool holders, automation rollers, die bolster assemblies, multi start threading, 4th axis milling to 20 inch diameter or 60 inches long. and CNC milling up to 48 inches
wide and 66 inches.
Some materials we work with are carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, 300 and 400 stainless steel, monel, inconel, titanium and iron.
