from all industries are able to post their sales opportunity on our web site.
Companies are NOT PERMITTED to post sales opportunities on our
web site with the intent to recruit individuals to enroll or register in multi-level
marketing or pyramid programs.
Reps
Manufacturer rep accounts are to be used for the sole purpose of submitting
sales inquiries to companies with sales opportunities posted on our web site.
Reps interested in product lines offered by a company on our web site may
submit a Sales Inquiry to request further information and contact with the
company.
Reps are NOT PERMITTED permitted to submit sales inquiries
to companies posted on our web site for the purpose of marketing any products
or services. Any rep found using our service with the intent to sell products
or services to companies posted on our web site will have their account removed
from our web site and will be banned from future use of our service.
Service Guarantees
Manufacturers-Representatives.com does not guarantee any specific results
for sales opportunities posted on our web site. Interest in sales opportunities
posted on our web site is generated solely by the sales opportunity profile
itself and not by our service or web site. Full details of how our service
works for both companies and reps are available on our web site. Company users
are able to register with us and post their sales opportunity on our web site
free of charge in order to try our service prior to subscribing. For these
reasons, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions to our service.
Cancellations & Refunds
Manufacturers-Representatives.com offers four flexible subscription plans
to meet the various needs of our loyal clients. All of our subscription plans
are automatically recurring until they are cancelled by the client. Clients
are able to cancel their subscription to our service at any time by submitting
a cancellation request through our Contact Us
form. Please note, we are unable to cancel a recurring subscription charge
for a future renewal date. When a subscription is cancelled, it is effective
immediately and you will be unable to view rep profiles in your account. If
a client is charged a recurring subscription fee and no longer wishes to continue
using our service, the client may submit a cancellation request within five
days of the recurring charge for a full refund.
Our flexible subscription plans are available in one, three, six and twelve
month intervals to meet the needs of our clients. Each plan has specific benefits
and pricing. To review the full details of each of our subscription plans,
simply login to your account and click on the Subscription Plans link on your
My Account page. Due to the nature of our service, all subscription plan sales
are final and nonrefundable.
Spam

information from any registered user with any outside company or organization.
All users of Manufacturers-Representatives.com agree not to send unsolicited
or otherwise unwanted email to companies or manufacturer representatives registered
with this web site.
In order to protect the privacy of companies registered with our web site,
all sales opportunities on Manufacturers-Representatives.com are displayed
anonymously without any company or individuals' names. For additional protection
from unwanted spam, manufacturer representatives may only submit their profile
to the same company one time per 90 days.
Any registered user found to be using Manufacturers-Representatives.com for
spam purposes, may have their account closed and be permanently banned from
the use of this web site without notice and without refund.
